Golden needle mushroom and silken tofu soup

Ingredients

1 tomato

260 grams golden needle mushroom

100 grams silken tofu

1 piece ginger

1 tablespoon sliced green onion

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon starch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Trim and rinse the golden needle mushrooms, slice the mushrooms, slice the silken tofu

 

2. Peel the tomato, slice the tomato into some small pieces, shred the ginger

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Drop the tomato in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Pour some water in the skillet, bring to a boil

 

6. Drop golden needle mushrooms in the skillet, bring to the boil, boil for 3 minutes

 

7. Drop the silken tofu in the skillet

11. Drop the sliced green onions in the skillet
