Homestyle taro porridge

Ingredients

100 grams oatmeal

8 taros

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup milk

Method

1. Peel the taros, slice the taros

 

2. Rinse the oatmeal, pour the oatmeal in a stew pan, drop the taros in the stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to medium heat, boil for 20 minutes, until tender

 

3. Turn off the heat, pour milk in the stew pan, stir until even

 

4. Pour honey in the stew pan, stir until even

 

5. Serve
