Spicy fried peanuts

Ingredients

1000 grams peanut kernel

50 grams dried red chili

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chili flake

1 teaspoon white sugar

2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons roasted white sesame seed

2 cups vegetable oil

Method

1. Immerse peanut kernels in water for 3 hours

 

2. Remove the skin of peanut kernels, rinse, drain

 

3. Put the peanut kernels in a bag, put the bag in the freezer to freeze for 12 hours

 

4. Slice the dried red chilies

 

5. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering

 

6. Pour frozen peanut kernels in the skillet, fry until lightly golden

 

7. Take out the peanut kernels with a slotted spoon, drain

 

8. Heat another skillet over medium heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, drop dried red chilies and black peppers in the skillet

 

9. Stir until fragrant

 

10. Drop fried peanut kernels in the skillet, stir until even, season with salt

 

11. Pour white sugar in the skillet, stir until even

 

12. Pour chili flakes in the skillet, stir until even

 

13. Sprinkle roasted white sesame seeds in the skillet, stir until even

 

14. Serve
