Snow pear and silver ear mushroom soup

Ingredients

1 snow pear

1 piece silver ear mushroom

10 dried longan

30 grams crystal white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Soak the silver ear mushroom in cold water for 3 hours

 

2. Trim the mushroom, cut manually into some small pieces, remove the shell from longans

 

3. Rub the snow pear with salt for 3 minutes, rinse the snow pear, core and slice the snow pear into chunks

 

4. Throw the silver ear mushroom, snow pear, and longans in a sauce pan

 

5. Pour some water in the sauce pan

 

6. Heat the sauce pan over medium low heat, simmer for 3 hours, until tender

 

7. Drop the crystal white sugar in the sauce pan, stir until dissolved

 

8. Serve
