Baked coconut balls

Ingredients

For the dough:

100 grams coconut flour

60 grams butter

35 grams cake flour

35 grams white sugar

2 egg yolks

20 grams milk

For the garnish:

1/4 cup coconut flour

Method

1. Soften the butter, drop in a mixing bowl, pour white sugar in the bowl

 

2. Mix the butter and white sugar until even and smooth, add an egg yolk in the bowl, mix until even

 

3. Add another egg yolk in the bowl, mix until even

 

4. Pour milk in the bowl, mix until even

 

5. Mix until fluffy

 

6. Add the coconut flour in the bowl, mix until even

 

7. Sift cake flour in the bowl

 

8. Mix until even, put the dough in the refrigerator to refrigerate for 10 minutes

 

9. Take out the dough from the refrigerator, divide the dough into some pieces, roll each piece into a ball

 

10. Dredge the balls in the coconut flour, until fully coated

 

11. Put the balls in the baking sheet, preheat the oven to 170 °C, put the baking sheet in the oven, bake for 20 minutes, until golden

 

12. Take out the baking sheet from the oven, serve
