100 grams cake flour

20 grams milk

35 grams white sugar

80 grams cultured butter

20 grams almond flour

1/4 teaspoon salt


1. Pour milk and white sugar in a cup, put the cup in the microwave oven, heat for 30 seconds, until melted


2. Soften the butter at home temperature, drop in a mixing bowl, stir until pale yellow


3. Pour gradually the milk mixture in the bowl, mix until even and smooth


4. Mix the butter until light and fluffy


5. Sift the cake flour, salt, and almond flour in the bowl


6. Mix with a spatula, until even


7. Fill a pastry bag with the batter


8. Line the baking pan with parchment paper, squeeze the batter in the baking pan


9. Preheat the oven to 170 °C, put the baking pan in the oven, bake for 15 minutes, until golden


10. Take out the baking pan, serve
