Spicy mud snail salad


500 grams mud snail

2 tablespoons sliced green onion

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1. Rinse the mud snails, drain


2. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some water in the skillet, bring to a boil, add some salt and cooking wine in the skillet, drop the mud snails in the skillet


3. Boil until all mud snails float up to the top, take out the mud snails, drain


4. Pour the mud snails in a dish


5. Top the mud snails with garlic, salt, soy sauce, and green onions


6. Heat the vegetable oil until almost smoking, sprinkle the green onion mixture with the vegetable oil


7. Mix until even, serve
