Cumin seasoned ham and potato cubes


1 potato

2 ham sticks

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed

1 tablespoon soy sauce


1. Rinse, peel, and cube the potato


2. Slice the ham sticks on the bias


3. Rinse the cubed potato with cold water


4. Blanch the potato cubes in boiling water for 3 minutes, until almost cooked through, take out, rinse with cold water


5. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the potato cubes in the fry pan, stir until golden


6. Add the ham in the fry pan, stir until fragrant


7. Sprinkle red chili powder in the fry pan


8. Add the roasted white sesame seeds in the fry pan


9. Season with salt


10. Pour soy sauce in the fry pan, stir until even


11. Sprinkle ground cumin in the fry pan, stir for about 1 minute


12. Serve
