Garlic chive salad


500 grams garlic chive

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 red chilies


1. Blanch the garlic chives in boiling water for 1 minute


2. Take out the garlic chives, rinse with cold water, squeeze out the excess water


3. Slice the blanched garlic chives


4. Slice the red chilies


5. Pour the garlic chives and red chilies in a large mixing bowl, add salt in the bowl


6. Mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes


7. Pour sesame oil in the bowl, mix until even
