400 grams marinated beef tripe

200 grams green bean

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 piece ginger, chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder


1. Trim and rinse the green beans, slice the green beans into segments, shred the red pepper and green pepper
