Sweet and sour naan chunks

Ingredients

1 naan

2 tablespoons tomato sauce

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon corn starch

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seed

Method

1. Slice the naan into diamond chunks

 

2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the naan chunks in the skillet

 

3. Fry the naan chunks until golden, take out

 

4. Pour the starch and some water in the small bowl, mix until even, set aside

 

5. Heat another skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the tomato sauce in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Pour some water, white sugar, and vinegar in the skillet, bring to a boil, boil until thickened

 

7. Pour the starch water mixture in the skillet, stir until even, bring to a boil, drop the fried naan chunks in the skillet

 

8. Stir until evenly coated

 

9. Serve, sprinkle the naan chunks with roasted white sesame seeds
