Sauteed naan with cabbage


1/2 naan

1/2 cabbage

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon soy sauce

2 dried red chilies

3 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder


1. Slice the cabbage


2. Slice the dried red chilies and garlic cloves


3. Slice the naan into diamonds


4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the naan in the skillet, stir until golden, take out the naan, leave the oil in the skillet


5. Add the black peppers, dried red chilies, and garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant


6. Add the cabbage in the skillet, stir until even, season with white sugar


7. Season with vinegar


8. Season with salt


9. Add the naan in the skillet, stir until even


10. Season with chicken powder


11. Stir until thoroughly cooked


12. Serve
