Sauteed marbled beef


500 grams marbled beef, sliced

3 green chilies

3 dried red chilies, sliced

1 piece ginger, shredded

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 piece scallion

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper



1. Rinse and slice the green chilies


2. Slice the scallion


3. Blanch the marbled beef in boiling water for 1 minute, take out, drain


4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the dried red chilies and ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant


5. Drop the green chilies and scallion in the skillet, stir until fragrant


6. Pour the beef in the skillet, stir until even, season with salt


7. Season with soy sauce, chicken powder, and ground black pepper


8. Serve
