Sauteed pork with dried steamed long beans

Ingredients

200 grams pork

50 grams dried steamed long bean

1 green chili

1 red chili

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 piece ginger

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon corn starch

Method

1. Soak the dried steamed long beans in water for 2 hours, until softened

 

2. Rinse and slice the long beans, chop the ginger, slice the red chili and green chili

 

3. Separate the pork fat from the lean pork, slice the pork fat and lean pork into sticks, rub the lean pork with soy sauce and corn starch until even, set aside

 

4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the pork fat in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Pour the lean pork in the skillet, stir until cooked through, take out the pork, leave the oil in the skillet

 

6. Drop the long beans in the skillet, stir until even

9. Season with salt

 

10. Pour the pork in the skillet, stir until even

 

11. Season with chicken powder
