Sauteed pork with cured stem mustard

Ingredients

150 grams pork

100 grams cured stem mustard

3 dried chestnut mushroom, soaked

1 red chili

1 green chili

1 tablespoon starch

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 piece ginger, chopped

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

Method

1. Slice the mushrooms, red chili, and green chili

 

2. Shred the cured stem mustard, rinse with water

 

3. Shred the pork, drop in a bowl, pour starch and soy sauce in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 5 minutes

 

4.  Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the pork in the skillet, stir until the color is changed, take out the pork, leave the oil in the skillet

 

5. Pour the ginger, red chili, and green chili in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Drop the mushrooms in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Season with salt

 

8. Drop the stem mustard in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

9. Pour the pork in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Season with chicken powder

 

11. Serve
