Sauteed sausage with yam

Ingredients

200 grams sausage

1 piece yam

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 red chilies

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method

1. Rinse the sausage

 

2. Slice the sausage on the bias, slice red chilies

 

3. Peel and slice the yam

 

4. Blanch the yam in boiling water for 1 minute, take out, drain

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the sausage in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Add the red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Drop the yam in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Pour soy sauce in the skillet

 

9. Stir until even

 

10. Serve
