Sauteed dried marinated duck


1 dried marinated duck

1 onion

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 green pepper

3 dried red chilies

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder


1. Immerse the dried marinated duck in water for 2 hours, take out, rinse


2. Steam the duck in a steamer for 30 minutes


3. Cut the duck into chunks


4. Slice the ginger and onion


5. Slice the green pepper and dried red chilies


6. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the black peppers in the skillet, stir until fragrant


7. Drop the dried red chilies and ginger in the skillet, stir until even


8. Add the onion and green pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant, season with salt


9. Add the duck chunks in the skillet


10. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir for about 3 minutes


11. Season with chicken powder


12. Stir until even


13. Serve
