Sauteed pork with black forest mushroom

Ingredients

200 grams pork

200 grams black forest mushroom

2 green peppers

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon starch

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

Method

1. Rinse and slice the mushrooms

 

2. Slice the green peppers on the bias, chop the ginger

 

3. Shred the pork, put the pork in a dish, add some soy sauce and starch in the dish, mix until even

 

4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the pork in the skillet, stir until mostly cooked, take out the pork

 

5. Pour the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add ginger and green peppers in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Drop the mushrooms in the skillet, stir until fragrant, season with salt

 

7. Add the pork in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Season with chicken powder

 

10. Serve
