Chicken giblets platter


400 grams chicken giblets

1/2 onion

1 red chili

1 green chili

5 dried red chilies

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chili sauce


1. Rinse and slice the chicken giblets into chunks


2. Blanch the chicken giblets in boiling water for 5 minutes, take out, rinse with cold water


3. Slice the onion, slice the red chili and green chili on the bias


4. Slice the dried red chilies and ginger


5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the black peppers, dried red chilies, and ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant
