Spicy beef meatballs with vermicelli

Ingredients

200 grams beef meatball, fried

50 grams vermicelli

1 small bunch green onion

2 red chilies

1 piece ginger

1 teaspoon white sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon chili sauce

1 small bunch parsley

Method

1. Slice the green onion, chop the ginger, slice the red chilies crosswise

 

2. Immerse the vermicelli in hot water, until softened

 

3. Take out the vermicelli, rinse with cold water

 

4. Pour white sugar, soy sauce, ground black pepper, chicken powder, and some boiled water in a small bowl, mix until even, set aside

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the vermicelli in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Pour the vermicelli in a sauce pan

 

7. Pour the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the red chilies and ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

8. Pour chili sauce in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

9. Pour the fried beef meatballs in the skillet, stir until fully coated

 

10. Pour the beef meatballs in the sauce pan

 

11. Pour the mixed sauce in the sauce pan

 

12. Cover the sauce pan with the lid, heat the sauce pan over low heat, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, simmer for 1 minute, sprinkle with green onions

 

13. Sprinkle with parsley, done
