Sauteed whitebait with garlic chives


150 grams whitebait

200 grams garlic chive

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 piece ginger

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon cooking wine

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

3 dried red chilies


1. Rinse the whitebait, drain


2. Slice the garlic chives, chop the ginger, slice the dried red chilies


3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the ginger and dried red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant


4. Add whitebait in the skillet, stir until even


5. Pour cooking wine and soy sauce in the skillet, stir for 3 minutes


6. Drop the garlic chives in the skillet, stir until even


7. Season with salt


8. Season with chicken powder


9. Serve
