Sauteed pork liver with garlic scapes

Ingredients

200 grams garlic scape

300 grams pork liver

1 red chili

1 piece ginger

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

Method

1. Immerse the pork liver in water for 2 hours, regularly change the water, slice the pork liver, drop in a bowl, pour some boiling water in the bowl

 

2. Take out the pork liver, rinse with cold water, drain

 

3. Slice the garlic chives, sprinkle the garlic chives with some salt, set aside

 

4. Chop the ginger, slice the red chili on the bias

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the pork liver in the skillet, stir until mostly cooked, take out, set aside

 

6. Pour the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant, drop the garlic chives in the skillet, stir until cooked through

 

7. Add the red chili in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

8. Pour the pork liver in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Season with chicken powder

 

10. Serve
