200 grams chicken

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon starch

1 piece ginger, chopped

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chili sauce


1. Remove the pods from the broad beans


2. Cube the chicken


3. Put the chicken in a small bowl, pour ground black pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 10 minutes


4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant, add the chicken in the skillet, stir until even


5. Pour the broad beans in the skillet, stir until even


6. Season with salt


7. Pour the chili sauce in the skillet, stir until even
