Crusty fried cured pork ribs

Ingredients

600 grams cured pork rib

1 egg

1/2 cup breadcrumb

1 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons starch

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

1 piece ginger

1 small bunch green onion

Method

1. Immerse the pork ribs in water for 5 hours, take out, cut into chunks

 

2. Shred the ginger, slice the green onions

 

3. Drop the pork ribs in a bowl, add the ginger and green onions in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 30 minutes

 

4. Crack the egg in another bowl, pour flour and starch in the bowl, pour some water in the bowl

 

5. Mix until even and smooth

 

6. Drop the pork ribs in the batter, until fully coated

 

7. Dredge the pork ribs in the breadcrumbs, until coated

 

8. Put all the coated pork ribs in a dish

 

9. Heat a skillet over medium low heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until almost smoking, drop the pork ribs in the skillet

 

10. Fry for about 10 minutes

 

11. Take out the pork ribs

 

12. Heat the oil until almost smoking, drop the pork ribs in the skillet, fry for about 4 minutes, until golden

 

13. Take out the pork ribs, drain, serve
