Sauteed lamb tripe


600 grams lamb tripe

100 grams dried red chilies

1 red pepper

2 green peppers

1/2 onion

1 piece ginger

5 garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


1. Drop the lamb tripe in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, boil for about 10 minutes, until cooked through, take out, rinse with cold water


2. Shred the lamb tripe


3. Slice the dried red chilies and garlic cloves, shred the ginger, red pepper, and green peppers


4. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add black peppers in the skillet, stir until fragrant


5. Drop ginger and dried red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant


6. Drop red chili, green peppers, and red pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant


7. Add the lamb tripe in the skillet, stir until even


8. Season with salt


9. Season with soy sauce


10. Season with chicken powder and ground cumin


11. Serve
