Stewed chicken with wild ginseng and red dates


1 chicken

1 dried wild ginseng

1/2 cup dried red date

1 teaspoon salt


1. Cut the chicken into chunks


2. Rinse the wild ginseng


3. Rinse the red dates


4. Drop the chicken in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan


5. Heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, remove the scums


6. Drop the ginseng in the stew pan


7. Drop the red dates in the stew pan


8. Turn down to low heat, stew for 3 hours


9. Season with salt


10. Bring to the boil


11. Serve
