Sauteed lamb ribs with naan


500 grams lamb rib

1 naan

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 onion

1 teaspoon white sesame seed


1. Slice the onion


2. Slice the naan into diamonds


3. Cut the lamb ribs into chunks


4. Put the lamb ribs in a dish, rub the lamb ribs with onion, some ground cumin and chili powder, until even, set aside for 5 minutes


5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the lamb ribs in the skillet, fry until golden


6. Take out the lamb ribs, leave the oil in the skillet


7. Drop the onion in the skillet, stir until fragrant


8. Drop the naan in the skillet, stir until even


9. Drop the fried lamb ribs in the skillet, stir until even


10. Season with chili powder and ground cumin


11. Sprinkle the lamb ribs with white sesame seeds, stir until even


12. Serve
