Longan lotus seeds millet porridge

Ingredients

100 grams millet

20 grams lotus seed

20 grams dried longan

1 tablespoon wolf berry

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Method

1. Immerse the lotus seeds in cold water for 2 hours

 

2. Rinse the wolf berries

 

3. Pour the lotus sees in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, boil for 20 minutes

 

4. Rinse the millet, pour millet in the stew pan, turn up to high heat, bring to the boil

 

5. Turn down to low heat, boil for 20 minutes

 

6. Add dried longan in the stew pan, boil for 10 minutes

 

7. Pour wolf berries in the stew pan, stir until even

 

8. Pour brown sugar in the stew pan, stir until even

 

9. Boil until brown sugar is melted

 

10. Serve
