Sauteed marinated pork with asparagus

Ingredients

200 grams marinated pork

300 grams asparagus

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

Method

1. Trim the asparagus, slice asparagus on the bias

 

2. Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 5 minutes, take out, rinse with cold water

 

3. Chop the ginger, dice the red pepper and green pepper

 

4. Slice the marinated pork

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the pork in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Add the ginger, red pepper, and green pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Drop the asparagus in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Season with salt

 

9. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Season with chicken powder

 

11. Stir until cooked through

 

12. Serve
