Sauteed bacon with king oyster mushroom

Ingredients

200 grams bacon

1 king oyster mushroom

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 piece ginger

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method

1. Immerse the bacon in water for 3 hours, rinse, drain

 

2. Slice the bacon

 

3. Slice the red pepper and green pepper, chop the ginger

 

4. Slice the mushroom crosswise

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the bacon in the skillet, stir until mostly cooked, take out the bacon

 

6. Pour the remaining vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the ginger, red pepper, and green pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Drop the mushroom in the skillet, stir for about 3 minutes

 

8. Pour barbecue sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Pour the bacon in the skillet, stir for 2 minutes

 

10. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

11. Serve
