Stewed lamb leg with carrot


1 lamb leg

2 carrots

1/2 onion

1 teaspoon salt


1. Rinse the lamb leg, cut into large chunks


2. Peel and carrots, roll and slice the carrot


3. Slice the onion


4. Pour the lamb leg in a stew pan, pour some water in the stew pan


5. Cover the stew pan with the lid, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil


6. Remove the scums


7. Add the onion in the stew pan, turn down to low heat, stew for 50 minutes


8. Drop the carrots in the stew pan, stew for 30 minutes


9. Season with salt, stew for 5 minutes


10. Serve
