Sauteed squid tentacles

Ingredients

300 grams squid tentacle

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 small bunch celery stalk

5 dried red chilies

1 piece ginger

5 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method

1. Pour vinegar and water in a large bowl, mix until even, immerse the squid tentacles in the water for 10 minutes, blanch the squid tentacles in boiling water for 1 minute, take out, drain

 

2. Slice the dried red chilies and celery stalks, chop the ginger and garlic

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the black peppers, ginger, and dried red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Pour barbecue sauce in the skillet

 

5. Stir until fragrant

 

6. Drop the celery stalks in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Add the squid tentacles in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Pour cooking wine in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Add white sugar, soy sauce, and garlic in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Serve
