Sauteed horse sausage

Ingredients

1 piece horse sausage

5 dried red chilies

1 onion

1 green pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

1. Steam the horse sausage in a steamer for 20 minutes, until cooked through

 

2. Slice the horse sausage

 

3. Slice the dried red chilies and onion

 

4. Slice the green pepper on the bias

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add black peppers and dried red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Add onion in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Pour the horse sausage in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Drop the green pepper in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Season with chicken powder

 

11. Serve
