Stewed chicken with white radish

Ingredients

1/2 chicken

1 white radish

1 piece ginger

1 teaspoon dried wolf berry

1 tablespoon cooking wine

1 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Cut the chicken into chunks

 

2. Roll and slice the white radish

 

3. Rinse the wolf berries

 

4. Drop the chicken in a stew pan, pour some cold water in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes, take out the chicken, rinse with cold water

 

5. Drop the chicken in another stew pan, pour some cold water in the stew pan, add the ginger in the stew pan, pour cooking wine in the stew pan, heat the stew pan over high heat, bring to a boil

 

6. Turn down to low heat, stew for 30 minutes

 

7. Add the white radish in the stew pan, stew for 15 minutes

 

8. Add wolf berries in the stew pan

 

9. Season with salt

 

10. Stew for 5 minutes

 

11. Serve
