Sauteed shredded pork with orange peel

Ingredients

200 grams pork

1 orange

1 piece ginger

1 green pepper

1 tablespoon starch

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

Method

1. Peel the orange

 

2. Rinse the orange peel

 

3. Remove the white membrane from the orange peel

 

4. Shred the orange peel and ginger, slice the green pepper on the bias

 

5. Shred the pork, pour the pork in a small bowl, pour some soy sauce and starch in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 5 minutes

 

6. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the pork in the skillet, stir until mostly cooked, take out the pork, leave the oil in the skillet

 

7. Drop the green pepper and ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

8. Add the orange peel in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

9. Pour the pork in the skillet, stir until even, season with salt

 

10. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even, season with chicken powder

 

11. Serve
