Sauteed chicken cubes with yam

Ingredients

1 iron stick yam

200 grams chicken

1 red chili

1 green chili

1 piece ginger

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Method

1. Peel and dice the yam

 

2. Blanch the yam in boiling water for 1 minute, take out, rinse with cold water

 

3. Slice the red chili and green chili on the bias

 

4. Cube the chicken, chop the ginger

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add ginger in the skillet, stir until fragrant, pour the chicken in the skillet, stir until even

 

6. Add red chili and green chili in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Season with salt

 

8. Pour oyster sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Serve
