Sauteed chicken cubes with apple

Ingredients

200 grams chicken

1 large apple

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

3 tablespoons starch

1 piece ginger

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

1. Slice the red pepper and green pepper into diamonds

 

2. Peel and slice the apple into chunks, chop the ginger

 

3. Cube the chicken, put the chicken in a small bowl

 

4. Pour some starch in the bowl, mix until even, set aside

 

5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the chicken in the skillet, stir until mostly cooked, take out the chicken, leave the oil in the skillet

 

6. Pour ginger, red pepper, and green pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

7. Pour the chicken in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Add apple in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Pour oyster sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Mix the remaining starch with little water until even, pour in the skillet, stir until thickened

 

11. Serve
