Sauteed cherry belle radish with sausage

Ingredients

6 cherry belle radishes

1 piece sausage

2 green peppers

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method

1. Slice the cherry belle radishes

 

2. Slice the sausage

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour the sausage in the skillet, stir until fragrant, take out, set aside

 

4. Pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, add the radishes in the skillet, stir until even

 

5. Drop the green peppers in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Season with salt

 

7. Pour the sausage in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until thoroughly cooked

 

9. Serve
