Sauteed marinated beef head with garlic scapes

Ingredients

300 grams marinated beef head

200 grams garlic scape

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

Method

1. Slice the garlic scapes, red pepper, and green pepper

 

2. Slice the marinated beef head

 

3. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the garlic scapes in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

4. Drop the red pepper and green pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

5. Season with salt

 

6. Add the beef in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Pour little water in the skillet, stir until even

 

8. Pour soy sauce in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Season with chicken powder

 

10. Serve
