Fried tofu cubes in beaten egg

Ingredients

500 grams firm tofu

2 eggs

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons oyster sauce

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 garlic cloves

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

1. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat until even and smooth, set aside

 

2. Cube the red pepper and green pepper, slice the garlic

 

3. Cube the firm tofu

 

4. Heat a fry pan over low heat, pour some vegetable oil in the fry pan, heat the oil until almost smoking, lay the tofu cubes in the fry pan

 

5. Fry the tofu cubes, until two sides are golden

 

6. Pour the beaten eggs in the fry pan, shake the fry pan until fully coated

 

7. Once the beaten eggs are fully set, turn over the tofu cubes, fry until fragrant, take out the tofu cubes, set aside

 

8. Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and white sugar in another bowl, mix until even

 

9. Pour 1/2 cup of water in the bowl, mix until even

 

10. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the garlic in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

11. Pour the red pepper and green pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

12. Drop the tofu cubes in the skillet, pour the mixed sauce in the skillet, cover the skillet with a lid, simmer for about 2 minutes, until the sauce is almost dried

 

13. Serve
