Dry sauteed green beans

Ingredients

400 grams green bean

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

10 dried red chilies

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

5 garlic cloves, minced

Method

1. Rinse the red chilies and black peppers, slice the red chilies in half

 

2. Trim the green beans, rinse, break the green beans down to small pieces

 

3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, drop the green beans in the skillet

 

4. Fry the green beans until light golden, take out, drain

 

5. Leave some oil in the skillet, add the red chilies and black pepper in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Pour the fried green beans in the skillet, stir until even

 

7. Season with salt

 

8. Add the minced garlic in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Serve
