Sauteed spaghettini with shredded pork and garlic shoots

Ingredients

300 grams spaghettini

100 grams pork

1 small bunch garlic shoot

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon red chili sauce

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1 teaspoon vinegar

Method

1. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour some water in the skillet, bring to a boil, put the spaghettini in the skillet, boil for about 7 minutes, until al dente

 

2. Take out the spaghettini, drain, set aside

 

3. Shred the pork, slice the garlic shoots

 

4. Heat another skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until shimmering, pour the pork in the skillet, stir until no longer pink

 

5. Drop the garlic shoots in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

6. Pour the red chili sauce and tomato sauce in the skillet

 

7. Stir until fragrant

 

8. Pour the spaghettini in the skillet, stir until even

 

9. Season with chicken powder, pour little water in the skillet, stir until even

 

10. Pour vinegar in the skillet, stir until fragrant

 

11. Serve
