Fluffy fried pumpkin balls


400 grams pumpkin

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/4 cup sweet rice flour

1/4 cup breadcrumb

1 egg

1 cup vegetable oil

1 tablespoon white sugar


1. Peel the pumpkin, slice the pumpkin into small chunks


2. Put the pumpkin in a bowl, put the bowl in the steamer, steam for 20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked


3. Take out the bowl, pour white sugar in the bowl, smash the pumpkin into puree


4. Pour some all purpose flour and sweet rice flour in the bowl, mix until even

10. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, heat the oil until almost smoking, add the balls in the skillet


11. Fry the balls until golden brown


12. Take out the balls, drain


13. Serve
