Beef and tomato soup


250 grams beef

2 tomatoes

50 grams potato

1 piece ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons olive oil


1. Roll and slice the tomatoes and potato, slice the ginger


2. Rinse and cube the beef


3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, pour olive oil in the skillet, drop the potato in the skillet, stir until even


4. Drop the tomatoes and ginger in the skillet, stir until the tomatoes is softened


5. Pour 2 cups of boiling water in the skillet


6. Turn up to high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, boil for 10 minutes


7. Drop the beef in the skillet, stir until even, boil for 2 minutes


8. Season with salt


9. Serve
