Oatmeal pearl barley and chicken fillet porridge

Ingredients

150 grams oatmeal

100 grams pearl barley

200 grams chicken fillet

1 teaspoon starch

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

1. Heat a fry pan over low heat, drop the pearl barley in the fry pan, stir until well done

 

2. Immerse the oatmeal and pearl barley in water for 1 hour, respectively

 

3. Shred the chicken fillet, drop the chicken fillet in a bowl

 

4. Pour starch, 1 pinch salt, and vegetable oil in the bowl, mix until even, set aside for 15 minutes

 

5. Heat a stew pan over high heat, pour oatmeal and pearl barley in the stew pan

 

6. Pour 7 cups of water in the stew pan

 

7. Bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, boil for 45 minutes, until the oatmeal is softened

 

8. Pour the chicken fillet in the stew pan, boil for 3 minutes

 

9. Season with salt

 

10. Serve
