Green tea flavored unsealed buns

Ingredients

For the crust:

8 grams green tea

150 gram all purpose flour

1 egg

For the filling:

100 grams pork

100 grams shelled shrimp

20 grams dried brown mushroom

35 grams cabbage

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon chicken powder

2 teaspoons starch

1 teaspoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons sesame oil

Method

Make the filling

1. Chop the shrimps

 

2. Immerse the dried brown mushroom, until softened, chop the brown mushroom

 

3. Chop the cabbage and pork

 

4. Pour the pork and shrimp in a large mixing bowl, pour salt, white sugar, starch, chicken powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil in the mixing bowl

 

5. Mix until even and smooth

 

6. Pour the cabbage and brown mushroom in the mixing bowl

 

7. Mix until even, put the mixing bowl in the refrigerator to refrigerate for 30 minutes

 

Make the crust

8. Pour the green tea in a small bowl, pour some boil water in the bowl, set aside for 10 minutes

 

9. Separate the tea water from the tea leaves with a sifter

 

10. Pour the flour, egg, and tea water in another large mixing bowl, mix until even, knead, roll into a ball

 

11. Cover the dough with plastic wrap, leave to rest for 20 minutes

 

12. Roll out the dough until thin

 

13. Cut the thin dough with a round cake cutter

 

Combine the filling and crust

14. Put some filling in the center of each crust

 

15. Fold each crust, pinch until firmed

 

16. Repeat until all done

 

17. Put the unsealed buns in the steamer to steam for 10 minutes
