Green tea flavored unsealed buns


For the crust:

8 grams green tea

150 gram all purpose flour

1 egg

For the filling:

100 grams pork

100 grams shelled shrimp

20 grams dried brown mushroom

35 grams cabbage

2 teaspoons starch

Make the filling
