Steamed egg custard with okra


2 okras

3 eggs

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon seasoned soy sauce


1. Immerse the okras in boiling water for 10 seconds, take out, rinse, drain, slice crosswise the okras


2. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat until even and smooth, pour 3/4 cup warm water in the bowl, mix until even


3. Filter the beaten egg in another bowl


4. Put the okras in the beaten egg


5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, put the bowl in the steamer to steam for 12 minutes


6. Take out the bowl, sprinkle seasoned soy sauce and vegetable oil in the bowl, done
