Milky black bean porridge

Ingredients

80 grams black bean

6 dried red dates

1/2 cup milk

30 grams white sugar

Method

1. Heat a fry pan over low heat, drop the black beans in the fry pan, fry until fragrant

 

2. Immerse the black beans in water for 15 minutes

 

3. Core and slice the red dates

 

4. Pour the black beans and red dates in a sauce pan, pour some water in the sauce pan

 

5. Heat the sauce pan over high heat, bring to a boil, turn down to low heat, boil for 1 hour

 

6. Pour white sugar in the sauce pan, stir until even

 

7. Pour milk in the sauce pan

 

8. Bring to the boil

 

9. Serve
