Steamed egg custard with sauteed pork


2 eggs

30 grams pork

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 green onion

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon oyster sauce


1. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat until even, season with salt


2. Dilute 1:1 the eggs with water


3. Sift the beaten egg in another bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, put the bowl in the steamer to steam for 10 minutes


4. Slice the green onion, mince the pork


5. Heat a fry pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the fry pan, drop the onion stalk and pork in the fry pan


6. Stir until thoroughly cooked, pour soy sauce and oyster sauce in the fry pan, stir until even


7. Top the steamed egg custard with the sauteed pork


8. Top the pork with green onion, serve
