Ingredients
1 potato
5 dried red chilies
1 piece scallion
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Peel and rinse the potato
2. Grate the potato
3. Rinse the grated potato, take out, drain
4. Trim and rinse the dried red chilies, slice the scallion
5. Heat a skillet over high heat, pour vegetable oil in the skillet, drop the scallion and dried red chilies in the skillet, stir until fragrant
6. Drop the grated potato in the skillet, stir for 3 minutes, until the color is changed, sprinkle the vinegar in the skillet, stir until even, season with salt
7. Serve
